RDA FSC Seeking Deputy Chair
Volunteer Role
Are you looking to contribute to your community? Regional Development Australia Far South Coast (RDA FSC) is seeking committed leaders to apply to join their committee.
Applications are sought from regionally based business and community leaders who have a proven record of achieving meaningful outcomes in a complex environment.
The Boards of the national RDA network are made up of local volunteers giving their time and energy to develop local solutions to local issues. They work with industry, education providers, communities and all levels of government to improve liveability in their designated regions.
Applications are open for leaders to apply to RDA Far South Coast for the position of Deputy Chair for a three-year term.
“The RDA FSC Board plays a vital role in providing a high-level strategic input to help create a strong and vibrant Far South Coast community,” said Chair of RDA Far South Coast, Clr Rob Pollock OAM.
“The Far South Coast Board is a passionate and talented group of leaders from across the region. These highly capable volunteers contribute to the direction and success of the RDA in our region and build on the great work that has already been undertaken over the past few years.
“We encourage a diverse, visionary and enthusiastic group of leaders from across our region to contribute and I encourage anyone interested in the Deputy Chair position to put forward an application.”
Women, people from Indigenous and diverse cultural backgrounds, and people with disability are encouraged to apply.
Please email admin@rdafsc.com.au for a copy of the application pack. Applications close on Friday 23rd September at 4pm.
RDA FSC is part of a national network of 52 Regional Development Australia boards across Australia. RDA FSC’s purpose is to drive innovation, growth and development in the NSW Far South Coast region through the facilitation of regional projects, migration, collaboration, communication and advocacy.
